To Allow 216 New Apartments

See the ways below that you can get involved and support and protect our community.

NEW DATE

Public Hearing July 14th, 2010 at 9:00 am

A public hearing on the Draft Environmental Impact Report and proposed project has been scheduled before the Los Angeles County Regional Planning Commission in the Regional Planning Hearing Room located at 320 West Temple Street, Los Angeles, Ca 90012.

This is our community's opportunity to voice our concerns about the project to the Planning Commission regarding the proposed up-zoning of the former church property to allow 216 apartments to be built, exceeding what is currently allowed by over 60+ units and an additional 20' height. Please come and support the surrounding residents in the apartments and single family homes that live near this project to protect their quality of life. Please attend and bring your neighbor. Transportation may to be provided to those in need, please contact george@delreyhome.org for additional information.
